"Los Angeles County sheriff’s investigators now believe missing Fox executive Gavin Smith, 57, was killed after finding his vehicle in a Simi Valley storage facility connected to a convicted drug dealer last month, officials said," reports the Los Angeles Times. No body has been recovered.

The convicted drug dealer is John Creech, who is a "person of interest" to investigators, E! Online reports.

E! also says that Smith, who was married with three sons, allegedly had an extramarital affair with Creech’s wife, Chandrika Creech.

Smith has been missing since May 1, 2012. According to a CBS story at that time, "Smith, who has been an executive in Fox’s movie distribution division for more than 18 years, was last seen driving his black Mercedes 420E sedan Tuesday evening near his Oak Park home in the 500 block of Callwood Court."

o excited we political junkies can have a new truly Conservative format to get informed with.
