Longtime “Saturday Night Live” executive producer Lorne Michaels isn’t exactly camera-shy, but he usually limits his appearances to brief cameos on his late-night show. He stepped out of character Tuesday when he was the center of attention at “Comedy on TV,” a newsmaker luncheon put on by the Hollywood Radio & Television Society.
