BBC America has renewed its second original scripted series. Deadline.com reports that the cable channel is bringing back "Orphan Black" for a second season.
That means the network has gone two-for-two, as it also renewed its first original drama, "Copper," for a second season.
"Orphan Black" will return in 2014. The renewal comes a few weeks before the series airs its first-season finale June 1, the piece adds.
The show is about Sarah, an outsider and orphan who witnesses the suicide of a woman who looks exactly like her. She decides to take the woman’s identity, her bank account and her boyfriend, but it opens her life up to more mysteries.
