With the upfronts slated for next week, broadcast executives are deciding which of 100 pilots will receive orders and land on the 2013-14 schedules. The Hollywood Reporter spoke with industry insiders and compiled a list of the 10 projects that appear most likely to receive series orders.

They are:

"Beverly Hills Cop" from CBS. The continuation of the film franchise "tested through the roof," the story notes.

"Mom" from CBS, which Deadline.com is reporting will receive an order today, as reported separately. The project has been considered a sure bet since it comes from Chuck Lorre of "Two and a Half Men."

"Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." from ABC. The project is from Joss Whedon of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and could solve ABC’s problems with the 8 p.m. Thursday slot, where shows such as "Charlie’s Angels" and "Last Resort" failed to catch on, THR notes.

"Tomorrow People" from the CW. An adaptation of a 1970s British series that appeals to younger viewers. It’s from "The Vampire Diaries’” Julie Plec and "Arrow’s” Greg Berlanti, two of the network’s most valued show creators. It’s about young people with special powers who work to defeat evil.

"The Goldbergs" from ABC. It’s said to be a dysfunctional version of "The Wonder Years," and has received some good buzz after its pilot screenings.

"Blacklist" from NBC. One TV agent said it was one of the best scripts of the year, tracking a world-class criminal who turns himself in. James Spader stars, and a series order would mark his return to NBC after his role on "The Office."

"Brooklyn Nine-Nine" from Fox. This workplace cop comedy could be a companion to the already renewed "The Mindy Project." It stars Andy Samberg of "Saturday Night Live," Andre Braugher and Terry Crews.

"Rake" from Fox. Academy Award nominee Greg Kinnear stars in an adaptation of an Australian drama that’s about a "House"-like character who’s an attorney. The project is from Peter Tolan of "Rescue Me."

"Crisis" from NBC. This Washington thriller starring Dermot Mulroney and Gillian Anderson has been getting rave reviews for its cast.

"Reign" from the CW. This is a drama about Mary Queen of Scots’ rise to power. The network is said to like the international appeal of the show, which was filmed in Europe and has a largely unknown cast.
