TNT has decided not to move ahead with Geena Davis’ bounty hunter pilot, in which the Oscar-winning actress was slated to play the main character, reports TVLine.

The series would have brought Davis, who starred in "Commander in Chief," back to television. Marsha Mason of "The Middle" was slated to play Davis’ mother, who would work with her daughter on jobs, while Scott Bakula of "Quantum Leap" was cast as Davis’ ex-husband.

Davis won an Oscar for "The Accidental Tourist" in 1989.
