EM’s got NATPE news covered

Electronic Media will be presenting daily television coverage of the National Association of Television Program Executives convention for the 20th year.
“NATPE News TV” will begin airing Monday, Jan. 20, and will continue through Wednesday, Jan. 22, in New Orleans. It will be anchored by Tanji Patton of WOAI-TV, San Antonio, and will feature reports by veteran TV journalists from around the country, who will cover the exhibit floor, sessions and breaking news from the conference.
A new 60-minute newscast will be telecast continuously each day. In addition to coverage of the events from the previous day, the newscasts will feature in-depth stories on topics including:
* A look back at NATPE over the past two decades
* Issues of technology
* Conversations with key industry leaders
* The future of NATPE.
The telecasts will be seen in all official NATPE hotels, on monitors in the convention center, on select shuttle buses, nationally on two daily satellite feeds courtesy of PanAmSat and on EMonline.com, courtesy of The FeedRoom.
The satellite feeds are as follows: 9 a.m. and noon (ET) Jan. 21 and Jan. 22. Coordinates are: SBS-6, Transponder 2, KU-band, Downlink frequency 11749.5 V.
