Former ABC Drama executive Heather Kadin has been named VP of drama development for Warner Bros. Television, while WBTV’s Rachel Kaplan has been promoted from director of drama development to VP. Lisa Lang, formerly VP in current programming at the studio, is moving over to comedy development.

Ms. Kadin spent three years with ABC, where she worked on the development of “Lost,” “Desperate Housewives” and “Grey’s Anatomy.” Before her tenure at ABC she worked in features development for Shady Acres Entertainment.

During the past season Ms. Kaplan worked on the development of “Jack & Bobby” and “The Mountain” for the studio.

Ms. Lang was the executive at Warner Bros. Television assigned to “Two and a Half Men” and “I’m With Her.” She previously worked at Universal Television and Columbia TriStar Television.
