Fox Announces ‘Family Time,’ ‘Next Great Champ’ Premieres

Fox announced Monday it will premiere its new reality makeover series, “Family Time,” Tuesday, Sept. 7 and will present a special two-hour episode of the show Sept. 9. The network will premiere its reality boxing show, “The Next Great Champ,” on Sept. 10.

“Family Time,” which is hosted by Jay McGraw, son of syndicated talk show host Phil McGraw, will feature new episodes every Tuesday and Thursday at 9 p.m. (ET) through the end of September.

The show takes a family and gives it a complete lifestyle makeover with the help of panel of professionals, including an interior designer, a construction crew and a stylist. The Biggins family, who appeared on another Fox reality show, “Trading Spouses: Meet Your New Mommy,” will be the made over in the premiere.

Both “Family Time” and “Trading Spouses” are produced by Rocket Science Laboratories.

“The Next Great Champ” takes 12 boxing hopefuls and gives one of them a chance to compete in a title fight. The show is produced by Endemol USA and hosted by boxer Oscar De La Hoya.
