Candice Olson Signs 5-Year Contract Extension With HGTV

Interior designer Candice Olson, host of HGTV’s “Divine Design,” signed a new contract with the Home & Garden Television Network extending her exclusive appearance on the network for five more years. Ms. Olson’s show premiered on HGTV in June 2003 and is one of the network’s top10-rated series. HGTV also signed a contract with Fusion Television to continue producing episodes of the series.

Her contract states Ms. Olson will be exclusive to HGTV in all television, broadband and Internet delivery in the United States. The contract also secures television retailing rights for HGTV’s sister network, Shop at Home.
