Charter Communications said Friday that Executive VP and Chief Operating Officer Margaret Bellville will leave the company at the end of the month.

Ms. Bellville joined Charter two years ago after serving as president and CEO of streaming media company Incanta. At Charter she was responsible for all company field operations, marketing, programming, customer service and advertising sales. Her last day will be Sept. 30.

Existing executives at the St. Louis-based cable company will pick up duties left behind by Ms. Bellville. Mike Lovett, senior VP of Midwest division operations, has been promoted to executive VP of operations and customer care. He will be in charge of all of Charter’s operations and customer care functions.

Jim Henegan, senior VP of marketing and sales, will now report to Tom Cullen, Charter’s executive VP of advanced services and business development.

Sue Hamilton, senior VP of programming, will now report to Charter CEO Carl Vogel.

The company gave no reason for Ms. Bellville’s resignation and did not discuss her plans.
