The WB’s new family drama “Jack & Bobby” has been picked up for a full season, making the Warner Bros. Television production the first drama of the 2004-05 season to get a full 22-episode order.

“We think this show will continue to grow in the ratings because it’s a great show,” a spokesman for The WB said.

“Jack & Bobby’s” Sunday, Sept. 26, airing garnered a 1.3 rating and 3 share in adults 18 to 49 and 3.25 million total viewers, according to Nielsen Media Research. The network has said it is pleased with the show’s performance among young women and teens.

“Jack & Bobby” is the story of two young brothers growing up with their single mother, a college professor. In 2040, one of the brothers will become president. The show is produced by Berlanti/Liddell Productions and Shoe Money Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television Productions.
