The National Television Academy will hand out Public and Community Service Emmy Awards for the best PSAs and campaigns seen in 2003 at a luncheon Oct. 21 at the Rainbow Room in New York.

NTA also will pay tribute to the Ad Council for improving the lives of Americans for the past 61 years with campaigns for such causes as Big Brothers Big Sisters, the United Negro College Fund and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ obesity campaign.
