CNN is shuffling executives again. Jonathan Klein, the former CBS News executive who founded The FeedRoom, a broadband and streaming news service, was named Monday as president of CNN/U.S. He will be based in New York, a dramatic departure for the Atlanta-based news network, and will report to CNN News Group President Jim Walton.

Princell Hair, who had been executive VP and general manager since September 2003, is now senior VP of program and talent development for the CNN News Group. He is based in Atlanta. Mr. Hair will report to Ken Jautz, the New York-based executive VP of CNN News Group, who is overseeing the shuttering of failed CNNfn in December and who also will oversee CNN Headline News operations and administration. Mr. Jautz also will report to Mr. Walton, who is based in Atlanta.
