Storm, Price to Host Thanksgiving Day Parade

CBS announced Monday “The Early Show’s” Hannah Storm and Dave Price will anchor “The Thanksgiving Day Parade from CBS” live from New York Nov. 25. The parade will be broadcast live at 9 a.m. on the East Coast.

The 44th annual special will feature the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade as well as performances from Broadway shows that will take place in several locations throughout the city.

The cast of the musical “The Producers” will perform “I Want to Be a Producer,” the cast of “Fiddler on the Roof” will perform “Matchmaker” and the cast of “Brooklyn” will perform “Once Upon a Time.” Recording artist LeAnn Rimes will sing “What a Wonderful World.”

Gary Valentine (“The King of Queens”) will interact with the crowd at Columbus Circle, and MTV’s Vanessa Minnillo will report from Times Square. Ricky Kirshner and Glenn Weiss are executive producing. Mr. Weiss will also direct. Eugene Pack is the writer.
