CBS Moves ‘Numb3rs’ Premiere, Picks Up ‘Survivor’ Editions

CBS is moving the premiere of its new FBI drama series “Numb3rs’ to Sunday, Jan. 23 at 10 p.m. (ET). “Numb3rs” will be broadcast immediately following the AFC Football Championship in all time zones.

The show will debut in its regular Friday 10 p.m. (ET) time period Jan. 28. CBS initially announced the show would premiere Friday, Jan. 21.

“Numb3rs” is executive produced by Ridley Scott, Tony Scott, Alex Gansa and Brooke Kennedy for Scott Free in association with Paramount Network Television. Cheryl Heuton, Nick Falacci and David Zucker are co-executive producers. Ms. Heuton and Mr. Falacci co-created the series and wrote the pilot.

The “Numb3rs” schedule change comes just days after CBS announced it had picked up reality series “Survivor” for its 11th and 12th editions, which will broadcast in the 2005-2006 season.

“Survivor” is produced by S.E.G., Inc. Mark Burnett and Tom Shelly are executive producers.
