Spike Announces Reality Series

Spike TV will partner with the Maloof family-owners of Palms Hotel and Casino and the Sacramento Kings-for a new reality series that gives makeovers to struggling family businesses.

“Everything the Maloofs touch turns to gold, and we believe that their business acumen and strong values will help to turnaround many struggling family businesses,” said Kevin Kay, executive VP of programming and production for Spike TV.

The as-yet-untitled weekly one-hour series will premiere on Spike next year. The show is produced by Maloof TV and MGM Television in association with Reveille.
