Conti Signs Development Deal With NBCU TV Studios

NBC program executive Chris Conti has signed a new two-year deal with NBC Universal Television Studios to develop new comedy and drama series. The deal was announced Monday by NBC Universal co-Presidents Angela Bromstad and David Kissinger.

Mr. Conti most recently had been senior VP of drama development for NBC Entertainment. Previously, he served as VP of drama development and as director of prime-time series. He worked on shows such as “Medium,” “Law & Order: Trial by Jury,” “Las Vegas,” “American Dreams,” “Boomtown,” “Law & Order: Criminal Intent,” “Crossing Jordan,” “Third Watch” and “Law & Order: SVU.”

Mr. Conti joined NBC in 1990 as a page before becoming an assistant in children’s programs and drama development.
