Kevin Martin, the Federal Communications Commission’s new chairman, will appear at the National Association of Broadcasters convention in Las Vegas next month. Mr. Martin is slated to be interviewed by NAB President and CEO Eddie Fritts during a breakfast session April 19. Mr. Martin is also planning to speak at the National Cable & Telecommunications Association’s national conference in San Francisco April 5.
