Sony Pictures Television’s rookie syndicated strip “Life & Style” will not be back for a second season, sources said Monday.

The show is said to be out of production, and stations that run “Style” are not expecting it to return for 2005-06.

The New York-based talk show is hosted by Jules Asner, Cynthia Garrett, Lynne Koplitz and Kimora Lee Simmons. Ms. Simmons has recently been the subject of gossip columns, which reported she was difficult to work with on the set. In the April edition of Vanity Fair, Ms. Simmons said she hated being on the show.

Ms. Simmons told Vanity Fair she thought it would be “fun” to appear on the show, but that she was not accustomed to having a boss and didn’t need the money.

Sony declined comment on the show’s cancellation.
