Oprah Winfrey will receive the 2005 International Emmy Founders Award, presented by the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, at the 33rd International Emmy Awards Gala Nov. 21 in New York.

Ms. Winfrey’s show, broadcast in more than 100 countries, is the most widely watched daytime TV show in the world.
