Geraldo Rivera Signs Four-Year Deal with Fox News

Fox News Channel’s Geraldo Rivera is feeling good this week. He’s taking bows for having been right on the Michael Jackson verdict — Mr. Rivera had confidently promised he would shave his signature mustache if Mr. Jackson were convicted by the jury hearing the child molestation charges against him — and will talk about the case Wednesday on ABC’s “The View.”

Mr. Rivera also is telling people he and Fox News have signed a new four-year contract, said to pay him some $3 million per year. Mr. Rivera joined Fox News in 2001 as a war correspondent and hosts “At Large With Geraldo Rivera” on weekends.
