Donita Todd has been named VP and general manager for WPMI-TV, the NBC affiliate in Mobile, Ala., owned by Clear Channel Television, and WJTC-TV, Clear Channel’s UPN affiliate in Pensacola, Fla., effective Tuesday, July 26.

Ms. Todd, who has been a station executive in several East Coast markets, most recently was VP and general manager of WFTX-TV, the Emmis Communications-owned Fox affiliate in Fort Myers, Fla.

Her appointment was announced Wednesday by Josh McGraw, regional VP for Clear Channel Television’s Southeast Group.
