Fox Wins Adults 18-49 With All-Star Game

Fox won the week ended July 17 in the adults 18 to 49 demographic with help from the No. 1 program in the demo for the week, the Major League Baseball All-Star game.

The telecast of the All-Star Game scored a 4.3 rating, according to Nielsen Media Research. A repeat of CBS’s “CSI” was second with a 4.1, followed by the premiere of ABC’s summer reality series “Brat Camp” (3.9) and the Tuesday edition of CBS’s summer reality series “Big Brother” (3.4).

“CSI” was tops for the week in total viewers with 12.9 million, followed by the All-Star Game (12.3 million), CBS’s “Without a Trace” (11.7 million) and “Brat Camp” (10.4 million).

Fox won the week in adults 18 to 49 with a 2.5, followed by CBS (2.2), ABC (2.1), NBC (2.0), UPN (1.0) and The WB (0.8).

In total viewers CBS was No.1 with 6.7 million, followed by NBC (6.1 million), ABC (6.0 million), Fox (5.9 million), UPN (2.5 million) and The WB (1.9 million).
