Two partners in United Talent Agency, Martin Lesak and Jason Heyman, have left the company and joined rival Creative Artists Agency as talent agents.

Mr. Lesak, who headed UTA’s TV talent department, will join CAA’s television department. Mr. Heyman, known particularly for his work in the comedy arena, will work in the agency’s motion picture division.
