Expanding its partnership with cyclist Lance Armstrong, Discovery Networks plans a week-long exploration of survival on Discovery Health Channel called Survivors Week. The week, beginning Oct. 9, will feature real-life stories of medical survival against high odds. Survivors Week kicks off with an original special, “Lance Armstrong: Stories of Survival,” a conversation between Mr. Armstrong and Dr. Drew Pinsky.
