Noggin has ordered 13 episodes of a live-action series developed by Sesame Workshop, the commercial-free education network announced Tuesday.

“The Upside Down Show” will be produced in Australia and will star the comedy duo The Umbilical Brothers (David Collins and Shane Dundas). The series is slated to premiere in fall 2006.
