Veteran “Entertainment Tonight” producer Janet Annino has been named executive producer of King World Productions’ fall 2006 daytime talk strip hosted by chef and author Rachael Ray.

Ms. Annino started with “ET” in 1988 as an assistant director before being named a field director and then supervising producer. She has been a co-executive producer on “ET” since 2004. In 2001 she produced the pilot for the “ET” weekend spinoff “Hot Ticket,” starring Leonard Maltin, and in 2003 produced the pilot for Paramount’s proposed talk strip hosted by Steven Cojocaru.

Last season Ms. Annino produced two prime-time specials for CBS: “Red Carpet Confidential” and “An Entertainment Tonight Event — Celebrity Weddings Unveiled.” Before joining “ET” Ms. Annino worked with producer George Schlatter on two reality prime-time specials.
