ABC Entertainment President Stephen McPherson will receive the Caucus for Television Producers, Writers & Directors’ Executive of the Year Award at the organization’s 23rd annual black tie gala Sunday, Jan. 15, at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Winners in the categories of producer, writer, director and actor of the year will be announced at the event.

Producer nominees are J.J. Abrams, Steven Bochco, Suzanne de Passe and the team of Frank von Zerneck and Robert Sertner. Writer nominees are Stephen J. Cannell, Sam Denoff, David E. Kelley and Barry Kemp. Director nominees are Robert Butler, Dwight Hemion, Mimi Leder and Gene Reynolds. In the actor of the year category, which is new this year, are Byron Allen, Ellen DeGeneres, Ray Romano and Henry Winkler.
