CBS Wins Thursday in Adults 18 to 49

For the 19th time in 21 weeks, CBS won Thursday night in adults 18 to 49, with its programming taking all three top spots in the demo.

“CSI” at 9 p.m. was the highest-rated program for the night with a 9.3, a rating that included live-plus-same-day DVR viewing, according to Nielsen Media Research. “Survivor: Panama-Exile Island” at 8 p.m. was the second-highest-rated show on Thursday with a 6.6, followed by 10 p.m. drama “Without a Trace,” which scored a 6.3.

NBC was second for the night among the networks, with its 10 p.m. veteran hospital drama “ER” taking fourth place among all programming with a 6.1 in the demo.

ABC’s 90-minute reality competition “Dancing With the Stars” scored a 5.5 in the demo, delivering a season high for the show.

A special repeat performance of the post-Super Bowl episode of “Grey’s Anatomy” scored a 3.6 in the demo, a 24 percent increase over ABC’s prior four-week average in the 9:30-10:30 p.m. time period. A truncated “Primetime” at 10:30 p.m. scored a 2.6 in adults 18 to 49, an 18 percent increase over its season average.
