The Federal Communications Commission announced Tuesday that it has named Eric Miller acting deputy general counsel.

Before joining the FCC, Mr. Miller worked for the United States Department of Justice. Previously, he was a law clerk for Justice Clarence Thomas and Judge Laurence Silberman. He earned his degrees from Harvard and the University of Chicago Law School.
