MTV Orders Dating Series

MTV Networks has ordered “Meet or Delete,” a new series in which college students decide whether they want to date someone based on the contents of his or her computer hard drives.

The series will roll out internationally on nearly all MTV platforms-including MTV, mtvU and MTV2, MTV wireless and broadband channels mtvU Über and MTV Overdrive.

“PCs have become the emotional hard drive of our global audience, making the premise of ‘Meet or Delete’ relevant everywhere in the world,” said Michael Wolf, president and chief operating officer of MTV Networks.

MTV has partnered with Hewlett-Packard to develop the series, which will premiere online May 10.
