Fox again won Thursday night with help from its reality competition “So You Think You Can Dance,” which was the highest-rated show of the night. A repeat episode of the show at 8 p.m. eclipsed the time period premiere of CBS’s “Gameshow Marathon” and ABC’s telecast of the 2006 Scripps National Spelling Bee.

An original episode of “Dance” at 9 p.m. (ET) scored a 4.3 preliminary national rating in adults 18 to 49, a number that includes live-plus-same-day viewing, according to Nielsen Media Research.

That was on par with the show’s two-hour premiere last Thursday. At 8 p.m. a repeat “Dance” scored a 2.5, outperforming “Gameshow” (2.3) in the time period. ABC’s two-hour spelling bee coverage scored a 2.2.

A repeat of CBS’s “CSI” was the No. 2 program for the night in adults 18 to 49, scoring a 3.8. A repeat of CBS’s “Without a Trace” was tops in the 10 p.m. block with a 3.2, outperforming an original “Primetime” on ABC (2.9) and an “ER” repeat on NBC (2.1).
