Ketchum Acquires Entertainment Marketing Partners

Ketchum, a division of Omnicom Group, acquired Entertainment Marketing Partners, a boutique entertainment marketing company founded by brothers Mark and Erik Stroman.

The deal is expected to be announced Monday. Terms were not disclosed.

Entertainment Marketing Partners will become part of Ketchum Entertainment Marketing, and the Stromans will become executive VPs of KEM, with Mark based in New York and Erik in Los Angeles. EMP’s clients, including Activision, the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority and Major League Soccer, will boost KEM’s business by more than 20 percent.

Mark Stroman will also head KEM’s Fusion group, which leverages brand and media integration to create content solutions for advertisers.
