Ratings for Fox’s new Monday night lineup grew in the adults 18 to 49 demographic from its premiere last week, with sophomore drama “Prison Break” and debuting series “Vanished” winning the night for the network in the demo.

At 8 p.m. (ET) “Break” scored a 4.0 preliminary national rating in adults 18 to 49, a Nielsen Media Research number that included live viewing plus same-day viewing via digital video recorders. That was up 8 percent from its premiere week performance and high enough to make the series the top show for the night in the demo.

“Vanished” scored a 3.1 in adults 18 to 49, up 3 percent from the previous week. “Vanished” was tied for third place in the demo with repeats of ABC’s “Wife Swap” and CBS’s “CSI: Miami,” just behind the No. 2 show for the night, a repeat of CBS’s “Two and a Half Men” (3.2).
