Sepulveda Promoted in Casting at Warner Bros.

Casting director Anthony Sepulveda has been promoted to senior VP of casting for Warner Bros. Television Studio.

Mr. Sepulveda, who is also a frequent director with the Los Angeles improvisational comedy troupe The Groundlings, has been with Warner Bros. TV for 18 years. He has received two Emmy nominations for outstanding casting on the drama “The West Wing” and one Emmy nomination for the live TV movie “Fail Safe.” His credits include “Friends,” “The Drew Carey Show,” “Family Matters,” “Night Visions” and “Knots Landing.”

In addition, John Power is rejoining the studio as a director of casting. Most recently Mr. Power worked as a casting executive at NBC.

Department head Mary V. Buck, senior VP of casting for Warner Bros. Television, made the announcements Thursday.
