Food Network to Offer Kitchen Products Via Kohl’s

Food Network said it is creating a line of home and kitchen products that will be sold exclusively at Kohl’s stores beginning in the fall of 2007.

The deal, announced Wednesday, marks the first national merchandise launch for Food Network parent Scripps Networks. The new line will be marketed via Food Network programming, celebrity chefs and in-store promotions.

“We are thrilled to bring the strength of Food Network into this new arena and believe that our relationship with Kohl’s will extend our brand into the marketplace in an exciting new way,” said Food Network President Brooke Johnson. The Food Network line will include cookware, dinnerware, kitchen gadgets, cutlery, pantry-ware, food storage merchandise, kitchen electrics and table linens.
