Ken LaCorte has been promoted to VP and senior executive producer of Foxnews.com. He had been director of news editorial for Fox News since 2003, a role in which he reported to John Moody, senior VP of news editorial for Fox News. He will continue to report to Mr. Moody.

The announcement Wednesday said that Mr. LaCorte will oversee all editorial content and design function of the Web site, while Foxnews.com General Manager Bert Solivan will continue to manage its business operations and maintain a working relationship with Fox Interactive Media.

Mr. LaCorte started at Fox News in 1998 as the western region bureau chief.
