Comcast Spotlight, the ad sales arm for the biggest cable-television provider, hired Adrienne Skinner for the newly created position of VP of online strategic sales.

Ms. Skinner will manage Comcast’s online sales business. She brings an online pedigree to the job, having previously served as a strategic account director for Yahoo!

She’ll be responsible for ad sales on Comcast.net, Gameinvasion.net and Ziddio, an ad-supported, user-generated video site.
