Fuse to Drop Trou Opposite Super Bowl

Clothes will be coming off at halftime during the Super Bowl halftime show again this year.

This time, though, instead of CBS, which is carrying the game again this year, the wardrobe malfunction will be televised by fuse, which is running a marathon of its “Pants-Off Dance-Off” show opposite the big game.

Fuse, which also announced it has renewed the series for a third season, said that some of the most popular dancers from Season Two will be featured dancing to Prince tunes in “Pancer Bowl I” on Super Sunday at 4 p.m. ET. Fuse calls the dancers participating in “Pants-Off Dance-Off” pancers.

All of season two will also be re-aired as part of the Super Bowl marathon.

“The show provides a silly, escapist alternative to what to watch at halftime, and we’re certain that it will entertain and quench viewers’ thirst for more ‘Pants-Off Dance-Off’ until season three premieres on March 13,” Jennifer Caserta, fuse executive VP and general manager, said in a statement Wednesday.
