Yahoo on Jan. 7 will debut an online contest in conjunction with the upcoming premiere of the sixth season of NBC’s “The Apprentice.”

Yahoo’s game, called “The Intern,” lets fans predict each week what will happen on the show. The winner of the game will get to shadow the show’s winner for two weeks in his or her new job at the Trump Organization. The game is free.

As part of Yahoo’s partnership with the show, Donald Trump is slated to appear as a guest on Yahoo’s video countdown show “The 9” on Jan. 5. He’ll count down the top nine Web stories of the day and talk about the new season of his show, Yahoo said.

The Yahoo “Apprentice” site also includes behind-the-scenes show footage, photos of contestants and access to blogs for Ivanka Trump and Donald Trump Jr., Yahoo said.
