ABC’s “Lost” and the season finale of CBS’s “Jericho” hit low notes Wednesday night, which was once again ruled by Fox and “American Idol.”
Fox won the night among adults 18 to 49 and households, according to preliminary Nielsens that gave “Idol” a 10.5 rating in the demo. Lead-in “Bones” did a 3.2.
CBS was second with the “Jericho” finale (2.1, matching its season low), “Criminal Minds” (3.5) and “CSI: NY” (3.6).
ABC was third with “According to Jim” (2.3), “Notes From the Underbelly” (2.3) and a pair of comedy repeats. At10 p.m., “Lost” matched its series low (4.9) despite critics contentions of a creative turnaround.

The CW had “American’s Next Top Model” (2.4) and “One Tree Hill” (1.5).
