ESPN is raising its bet on poker coverage, as the network is broadcasting the final table of the World Series of Poker live on pay-per-view for the second year.
“The World Series of Poker Final Table Live!” will show live coverage and commentary of the WSOP from the Rio in Las Vegas on Tuesday, July 17, starting at 3 p.m. (ET) for a suggested price of $19.95.
Fan interaction is being stressed in this year’s live event, with ESPN boasting that viewers being able to text message poker predictions, real-time stats and answers for viewer questions, as well as commentary and interviews with past and present WSOP winners.
Viewers will be able to watch coverage on television, or online at espn.com.
