Thanks to the premiere of “Hell’s Kitchen,” Fox won the ratings race Monday for the seventh night in a row.
The third-season “Hell’s” debut was the top-rated show Monday night among adults 18 to 49 with a 3.6 rating in the preliminary Nielsen ratings, up 29 percent from last summer’s premiere.
Monday’s other debut, CBS’ animated comedy “Creature Comforts,” had a modest 1.8 premiere in its 8 p.m. time period. “Comforts” was followed by CBS’ comedy block repeats, helping the network rank second overall in the demo.
ABC was third with the second episode of “The Ex-Wives Club” (2.2, up 10 percent from its premiere) and repeats.
NBC was fourth with game four of the Stanley Cup Finals (1.2) and The CW was fifth with repeats.
