Nielsen Media Research last week released its first week of average commercial ratings. While many people think no one—particularly digital video recorder users—sticks around to watch commercials, the Nielsen numbers show that for some shows, the commercial ratings, when three days’ worth of DVR playback were included, were actually higher than the live program rating. Here are the 10 shows with the biggest increase from program to commercial ratings. |
