Bravos Launches New Game Site

Bravo is launching a new Web site that gives TV junkies the chance to play network executives and win a $100,000 grand prize.
TVbigshot.com is a season long game in which players start with a $300 million programming budget and must purchase shows from the five broadcast networks to create their own schedule. Players earn points based on the shows’ ratings, buzz and awards, and the player with the most points at the end of the season wins the prize.
“Viewers root for their favorite shows just like their favorite sports teams,” said Jason Klarman executive VP, marketing and digital for Bravo, who announced the game at the Television Critics Association meeting in Los Angeles Sunday. “TVBigshot gives them the chance to channel that passion and take on their friends and the network executives.”
The new game will be a part of Bravo’s TelevisionWithoutPity.com Web site.
Bravo.com will also be bringing back its fall season DeathWatch game.
