Roger Strong was named VP of research and strategy by iN DEMAND Networks. Mr. Strong joins iN DEMAND from HBO, where he was VP of market research and analysis. In his new position, Mr. Strong will oversee research for video-on-demand, pay-per-view, subscription VOD and Mojo, iN DEMAND’s high-definition network. He will report to Stacie Gray, senior VP of marketing/creative. Before joining HBO, Mr. Strong was a business news writer/editor for the Associated Press. A Yale University graduate, Mr. Strong obtained his master’s degree in business administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

  17. The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.
