ABC Correspondent Dahler Joins WCBS-TV

Don Dahler, former correspondent and anchor for ABC News, has joined WCBS-TV, New York City, as a weekend anchor.
The Emmy Award-winning journalist will start at WCBS on Sept. 8.
Mr. Dahler has reported for ABC on Kosovo and the 2000 presidential election recounts, and was one of the first network correspondents to report live from Ground Zero on 9/11. He also covered the war in Iraq as an embedded journalist with the 101st Airborne.
Mr. Dahler previously worked for CBS as a producer on “48 Hours.” His resume includes stints in CNBC’s West Coast bureau and at Fox News Channel.
A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Mr. Dahler lives in New Jersey with his wife and children.
