‘Mad Men,’ ‘Pushing Daisies’ Top DGA Awards

AMC’s first original series, “Mad Men,” picked up another award Saturday night, as Alan Taylor and his team won the drama series directing award for the pilot at the 60th annual DGA Awards dinner.
The Directors Guild of America presented its honors for television and film directing Saturday at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in Los Angeles.
Barry Sonnenfeld won for the “Pie-Lette” episode of ABC’s “Pushing Daisies” in the comedy series category.
In the category of movies for television, the DGA Award went to Yves Simoneau for HBO’s “Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee.”
Other TV categories include reality, won by Bertram Van Munster for CBS’ “The Amazing Race”; daytime serial, presented to Larry Carpenter for ABC’s “One Life to Live”; musical/variety program, taken by Glenn P. Weiss on his fifth nomination for directing a Tony Awards show, for “The 61st Annual Tony Awards” on CBS; and children’s programming, won by Paul Hoen for Disney Channel’s “Jump In.”
The DGA Award for commercials went to Nicolai Fuglsig of MJZ U.K., for work including “Tipping Point” for Guinness (BBDO) and “It’s Magic” for JC Penney (Saatchi & Saatchi NY).

I’ve been in search of all-around about this matter except men and women just put junk posts, or short meaningless article. I have experienced a couple vids on youtube but it’s now the identical as reading a good article.
