Tom Bergeron will emcee the 29th College Television Awards gala on March 15 at Culver Studios in Los Angeles. The awards are mounted annually by the Television Academy Foundation to recognize outstanding achievements of college students in television and media.
“I’m thrilled to be back as host of the College Television Awards,” Mr. Bergeron, host of ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars,” said in a statement. “These talented students are the industry’s leaders of the future, so I might as well start kissing up to them now.”
The work of honorees will be presented for public viewing the following day at the Leonard H. Goldenson Theater in North Hollywood as part of the foundation’s College Television Awards Festival.
