Feb 10, 2008  •  Post A Comment

Digital network HealthiNation has inked a deal with Comcast Spotlight that brings HealthiNation’s health information to Comcast’s video-on-demand service.
The VOD content is available for free to digital cable customers via the “Searchlight” section of the on-demand menu.
The rollout began in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Detroit, Philadelphia and Seattle, with a wider rollout to follow in May.
Under the deal, Comcast will offer local sponsorships to hospitals and other healthcare providers for HealthiNation’s videos. The deal is HealthiNation’s largest to date and gives the digital network a much wider footprint.
HealthiNation content is available online at healthination.com and on VOD via several cable operators.
